Meditation Techniques

Through this meditation technique you will learn to bring your mind and body into balance. It will ease your day to day stress. In silence your body will start to heal itself. The effect on your health are tremendous. You will find an increase in vitality, health, and creativity.

Through magnetism and the use of precious gems, semi- precious gems and minerals you will be brought into contact

with your higher self. Relaxation techniques will also be applied.

This form of Meditation Technique is performed in a group form of about 12 people. You do need to have any experience to join in. Each one of us has a different reason to join the group.
